A Journey Worth Celebrating
Honouring a remarkable leader, colleague, and friend
At Forge Field, we believe that the people who dedicate their lives to building something meaningful deserve to be celebrated in a meaningful way.
After many years of exceptional service, commitment, leadership, and dedication to our company, we are proud to honour our Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Ware Collins, with a special international appreciation journey.
For years, Thomas has been far more than a CEO. He has been a leader who has helped shape our company, a mentor who has inspired those around him, and a colleague whose commitment has contributed to the success and growth of Forge Field.
His dedication has left a lasting mark on our organization and on the many people fortunate enough to work alongside him.
Now, it is our turn to give something back.
Rather than presenting him with a traditional retirement gift, Forge Field wanted to create something much more personal — an experience filled with memories that will last a lifetime.
Beginning Friday, October 2, 2026, Thomas will embark on an extraordinary international journey of approximately 70 days, travelling through some of the world’s most remarkable destinations.
His journey will include:
- 🇺🇸 New York
- 🇨🇦 Canada — 3 days
- 🇬🇱 Greenland — 3 days
- 🇬🇧 England
- 🇩🇰 Denmark
- 🇬🇷 Greece
- 🇯🇵 Japan, including Tokyo
- 🇪🇬 Egypt — 14 days
The journey will also begin with a particularly meaningful family moment, as Thomas will reunite with his mother in New York as she celebrates her 98th birthday on October 4th.
From there, the journey continues across continents, cultures, historic cities, breathtaking landscapes, and unforgettable experiences — before concluding in Egypt.
70 days. 8 extraordinary destinations. One well-deserved celebration.
This journey represents more than a vacation.
It is our way of saying thank you.
Thank you for the years of service.
Thank you for the leadership.
Thank you for the dedication.
Thank you for believing in the people around you.
And thank you for helping make Forge Field what it is today.
From everyone at Forge Field, we wish Thomas a safe, joyful, unforgettable journey.
You have spent years helping us build the future. Now, it is time for you to enjoy the journey.
Congratulations, Thomas.
Your next chapter begins here.
